ABOUT OUR CLINIC
The Seahawk Cheerleading Clinic at UNCW is a fun focused cheerleading camp that provides top level cheerleading instruction to all age groups and ability levels. All sessions will be directed by UNCW head coach. Our staff of instructors will include UNCW college coaches and UNCW college cheerleaders.

- Doors open at 9:45
- 10:00-10:15 Welcome/Schedule for the day
- 10:30-10:45 Group Stretch
- 10:45-11:00 Demo and practice on stunt 1 & 2
- 11:00-11:30 Demo and practice on stunt 3 & 4
- 11:30-12:00 Water and snack break
- 12:00-12:30 Demo & practice on transitions/pyramids (Part 1)
- 12:30-1:00 Demo & practice on transitions/pyramids (Part 2)
- 1:00-1:45 Free stunt session
- 1:45-2:00 Closing
*Clinic agenda may be altered slightly based on campers age, ability level and interests
